What’s Included in Our Start-up Service When you purchase a new filling machine, we include a specific amount of In-Plant Time for commissioning and training. This time is factored into the overall cost of the machine, so you won’t face unexpected charges for your initial training and start-up support. Here’s how it works: In-Plant Time covers the hands-on commissioning and operator training needed to get your new equipment up and running. The number of days provided depends on the cost and complexity of your specific project. These days are included at no extra charge — giving you the confidence to launch your production line efficiently. Please note that any unused time is non-refundable and cannot be carried over to future service calls. If you require additional days beyond the included service, they will be billed at our standard Service Call rates.
