Job Title: Marketing Media Intern
Location: Laub\Hunt Packaging Systems, Norwalk, CA
Duration: 4 months, part-time, 10 to 19 hours per week, hybrid
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

We provide turnkey packaging solutions to a wide range of industries, including chemicals, automotive fluids, personal care, cosmetics, and food & beverage. Known for our leadership in the bleach industry, supplying over 80% of bleach fillers in the U.S., we also have a strong international presence, with customers across Canada, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and the Asia-Pacific region.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on opportunity for students interested in gaining real-world experience in sales outreach, market research, and digital content creation within a global manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of machinery, production processes, and team activities
- Develop short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Assist in planning and executing a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives
- Write clear, professional captions and supporting copy tailored to a B2B manufacturing audience
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to translate technical concepts into engaging visual content
- Support the creation of marketing assets including brochures, website graphics, case study visuals, and trade show materials
- Maintain organized digital media files and brand asset libraries
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations to improve content performance
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a program in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong photography and/or videography skills
- Experience with video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Preferred:
- Graduate student or alumnus preferred
- Experience managing or contributing to business social media accounts
- Understanding of B2B marketing or industrial/manufacturing industries
- Basic knowledge of branding principles and content strategy
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and analytics
- Experience filming machinery, equipment, or technical processes
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics
